Where are Yourplace apartments located?

Most of the apartments are located within 10 min walk from the Man Market Square. Away from the city hustle & bustle, it let our guests relax. It also convinient for those coming with a car.


Are the apartments equipped?

In every apartment you can down in front of TV & log in to free WIFI. In the kitchenette you will find all the equippment needed to prepare tasty meals for your friends & family. There is a set of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, pots & frying pans. Coffee lovers will appreciate drip coffee maker and a kettle. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment for your arrival. You can also make a laundry during your stay with us - washing machine and drying rack are in every apartment. Also, you do not need to take cosmetics - shampoo & soap (2 in 1) can be found in the bathrooms.


Is the rate calculated per person or per apartment?

Rates presented on our website yourplace.pl are given per apartment and are valid for the chosen dates. Number of guests cannot exceed the maksimum apartment capacity.
 

Are there any additional fees for cleaning or anything else?

Cleaning of the apartment  after your check out is included. Towels and bed linen can changed during your stay for an extra fee. It is complimentary service if you stay with us longer than 6 nights. Every house rules violation is charged accordingly.


Is a deposit for the apartment required?

Yes, deposit in amount of first night is required during the check-in. It is made on the card and is returned automatically.


What is the difference between a nonrefundable and standard reservation?


When you make a nonrefundable booking full booking cost is charged during the reservation process. It cannot be changed or cancellled free of charge. Nonrefundable rates are the lowest. Standard rates on the other hand are can be cancelled without any cost up to the certain date given on the booking confirmation. Usually up to 48h before arrival.

Do you have a car park?

Parking places can be booked in the underground car park or on above-ground one for an extra fee. Please contact Yourplace reception to confirm the availability.


Can we come with a pet?

There are few apartments prepared for the stays with a dog or a cat. Please contact Yourplace reception to confirm the stay with your pet (it is mandatory).


How does the check-in look like?

Our reception at Łobzowska 22/1 is open every day between 8:00 and 23:00. During the check-in you will be asked for your ID of a person of age or passport and a bank card necessary to secure the deposit. Both full reservation payment & deposit (first night cost) are required during the check-in. Payment can be settled with a bank/credit card or in cash (PLN, EURO; for USD & GBP - notes only). After the payment you receive the invoice or receipt and the keys are handed to you.


What if I want to check in outside the reception working hours?

Arrivals outside the reception working hours are possible. If you plan it please contact us and we will email you the detailed instruction.


What should I do to check out?

Depending on apartment location you should either bring the key set to the reception or leave it in the apartment.
 

Is there an elevator?

Most of the apartments are located in the buildings with elevators. It is mentioned on the booking confirmation.


Do you offer any accessable apartments?

Yes, we have dozens apartments that are easy to enter and leave with a wheelchair.


How long we can rent an apartment for?

No is no minimum or maximum time. You can use the apartment for several hours or stay with us for a year or longer.
